SUSS OWLs (Our Well-Being Listeners) are a group of trained students who aim to promote positive social, emotional, physical and mental well-being through outreach initiatives & provide a listening ear to the student community. 

Resources-For-You serves as a one-stop site, where you can find compiled lists of available resources. The different types of resources listed can be helpful if you require any form of assistance.
